Tv Negotiation Strategy Methodology By Robert Johnson

The following presentation was made to introduce and document a self made methodology for approaching yearly TV negotiations in the nordic markets. The method is called PRAGUE. I was previously responsible for about 50 million euro annual media spend and I applied this methodology with success for major nordic blue chip advertisers yielding continual annual improvement to media costs...despite annual decreases in media investment.
